More than 13 weeks later Still no Progress
My two parcels have been with DHL for 93 days none of the people listed above have been able to make any progress. All I have had is the standard copy paste emails referred to by the other HelloPeter users.<br> Despite all documentation having been sent on numerous occasions to all the people listed above, I still get requests every now and again to send a specific document to someone or other. Despite what people say about government departments I cannot believe CBCU is that pathetic. According to DHL they cannot process either of my 2 parcels in 85 days. 72 hour turnaround time claimed by CBCU becomes months if you deal with DHL. AWB *** and AWB ***<br>

I apologies for the manner in which this matter has been handled .
As previously stated , both your parcel's have been detained by Customs CBCU - In as much as we endeavor for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The transit times quoted on our shipments is dependent on customs clearance and the customs authorities in the country.
You paperwork was forwarded to CBCU for an verdict , as it stands we have been pushing Customs for a Verdict on your case - Unfortunately their turnaround time is anything from 5-7working days to provide us with an update .
This has been escalated to our Customs affairs manager to expedite your case and to push Customs.
Please accept the apologies of DHL for the inconvenience caused to you by this delay.
