Money making scheme
Sent a parcel from UAE containing TV remotes. Never received any updated from DHL SA since arrival. Only after 7 days of constant enquiry, I was asked for description of goods, next day informed I need to apply for something called an ITAC permit. 10 days after submission received ITAC permit, only for DHL to inform me after 20DAYS it was incorrect!!!! And now they expect me to pay R5180 for warehouse fees because they handed the package over to customs, which I also already paid another R340 import taxes for!
