Missing Parcel

I ordered from Revibe online and my parcel was scheduled to be delivered by DHL on Monday the 1st of December but even now I havent received it and when I call them they keep on saying it was handed over to the third party for delivery on Tuesday the 2nd of December, I call them everyday to locate my parcel with no luck, they keep on promising to get back to me after getting hold of their third party but they never called and I still dont know where my parcel is till now, they dont even bother to keep me updated on what they are doing on their side to locate my parcel. This is my first time ordering from a store that uses DHL and I am not going to order to any store that uses DHL ever again, this is the worse expecience I've ever seen.
