Missing package @ codt of R 4470 yo mail

<div>I sent a Christmas package to Australia at the end of November. First it was erroneously sent to Kenya. It was then ‘handed to a third party agent’ in Melbourne on 8/12/21 for delivery by COB on 13/12/21. When it was not delivered by 15/12/21, I queried DHL. They eventually told me that the third party agent never received the package and does not even service that area. The package might be in the warehouse in Melbourne. Violet Lekoko is supposedly a senior person at DHL and has been dealing with my query, but she does not even respond at the times she promised. Now she wants images of the package - if is in a DHL box snd the gifts are wrapped. I don’t understand how this will help. In the meantime it is 23/12/21 and my 9 yesr old niece does not have her gift, despite the fact thst I paid R 4 470 to get it there.

DHL - your service is beyond pathetic. I expect a positive response today. This is not how you do brsiness.

In the meantime I am telling all my friends & family how pathetic your service is. You just could not care less.</div>
