Missing Delivery!! NO CONTACT WITH ME.

Missing Delivery!! ***E0EIBA The package says delivered but NO CONTACT with me. No phone call, no message, no nothing! Just an email saying "delivered". When I tried to query the issue on the same day - they just said I need to contact the merchant (who is in the US) - what a headache, feels like thievery.
