Misleading clients

Good day M Nandipha Kalipa ID ***….would like to share my disappointment with the 1 of the biggest courier company DHL so my parcel was shipped from Tanzania as usual it was written a gift and everything that was on package was declared so now the lady RINAE sent me an email to asking me to sent the receipt of how much I have paid for the parcel my answer was as it’s written gift ma’am it’s a gift I did not pay for it and I even said they can open the parcel it’s not new stuff and she sent m pics to show thy have opened it already and it’s declared correctly…

Next day I received an email stating m being penalised total amount of R3475 and I need to pay it with in 14days I rep**** asking how did they get to that amount with the stuff that wa declared and written gigt o even went to point of sending pics to show they get the stuff on flee market and it’s old stuff hence we dnt knw the original price aa they say they wanted original price…on day 13 decided to do a miltiloan at Capitec as the lady who was calling stating that next day they will move the stuff to government SARS storage and fine with be 5000 and be charged daily for my stuff so I got the loan and I have paid R2975 as thy said they gave me 500 discount I sent proof of payment and they said wil receive my parcel in a day or 2 after paying coz it was immediately payment up until today have not receive the parcel though I paid
