Methodical ***** whole of DHL SA office

If i could put less than 1 star i would . ,Malayitsha is more relaible than DHL and way more honest.In Business, honesty and transparency is key and as it stands those values don't exist with DHL SA .You better off using another Shipper if you want action. We placed a commercial order last week for a pick up in China . DHL couldnt pickup for whatever reason . Then thursday they eventually picked up. Thats when the drama begun. All our other shipments would immediately fly to Hong kong. We booked 2 shipments at the same time and both have not moved an inch from DHL collection office in China. We have heard endless excuses from No flights to missing paperwork to Customs clearance excuses. And not one person can give a factual answer as to why we are getting zero movement . in a commercial setting time is critical . And if our goods sit in china how does that help us. Have spoken to whole off DHL sa and they are utterly useless to be honest .

I have eventually opened another acccount with Fedex and my goods have actually started moving. But my goods with DHL are still stuck there .

If you cant ship people things dont keep taking orders .Rather stop ontaking new deliveries .

And for the love off God can you return my goods to supplier if you cant do a simple delivery.
