Lost Package / No Support
<p>I’ve been trying to trace a DHL Global package for the past 3 weeks. I was told by DHL to phone ***in order to trace my package. Unfortunately the number just rings and the call centre appears to be extremely busy. When I eventually get through they tell me to phone DHL International who insists that the package is here in South Africa and on its way to me in Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the 23 February 2017 and nobody seems to know the whereabouts of my 3 packages. I've phoned your Durban branch who barely answer the phone, and was told they don't know where my parcel is and that they would call me back. To date nobody has emailed or called me back. When I call I am told that they are extremely busy and that someone would get back to me. It seems like I am being ignored and I am starting to wonder whether my 3 packages have been ******. </p> <p> </p> <p>This sort of behavior is unacceptable. I've paid for a service and would like to know WHERE my package is, please?</p>

If you were provided with this *** as a point of contact, that would mean that your shipment was moving as part of the services offered from Germany called DHL Paket or Ecommerce.
These are consignments that are handed over to Postal Authorities with no tracking available on the DHL Express Network, as these travel as regular post. I will send you an Email, kindly respond with your tracking number so I can try to find out where your consignment is.
