Lead time on delivery 1month!!!!

I honestly don't know how you are still running as a business, service absolutely shocking. My parcel is at customs, for over 4 weeks and no one Contacted me to let me know it's there because there is something wrong or it was rejected. The 4th shipment and all exactly the same.. WHY DOESN'T CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE CUSTOMERS TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THEIR SHIPMENT??? Our business work on deadlines for parts to arrive and you don't give a Sh**.

I will NEVER IN MY LIFE OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH DHL.
