Lack of feedback

I am so dissapointed in DHL as I have wasted so much money calling them over and over explaining the same situation. I related the issue so many times to more than one person and now my package is withheld with no update of what the way forward is. Instead I need to keep calling to which I get different people trying to handle my case yet theyre not doing much of a giod job at it. I am so frustrated and dont know what more to do. They keep telling me that theyve been trting to reach me at which I asked if they have the correct number since I havent at any time saw a missed call from them nevermind a call. I have also requested upon me calling them to check if they have the right number. I hqve no idea what is happening with the delivery of my parcel and im seriously stressed by this company!! Even worse that its this is my very first time dealing with DHL!
