JUST IGNORED

When we pay for something and dont get a response it is disgusting. I sent a parcel a month ago via PostNet and recently asked DHL why it is not delivered. They said that they could not locate the receivers address. This surprised me as it is a well known address in Philippines. They also said they cannot phone him as he does not reply even though I call him all the time. I asked why they did not call me they said it is my responsibility to follow up.<br> <br> I enquired about the parcel online and simply no reply even though it is a day passed. I had to do a second request and still no reply. Do we usually pay for something and get ignored. This is like theft.
