I’ve received excellent service from start to finish

I’ve received excellent service from start to finish. My shipment was done at a Postnet store at Jackal Creek. The communication from the Postnet with DHL about the content of the shipment was clear and done with urgency. After this I recead out to DHL customer service centre in Midrand as the home number of my recipient in Germany was not on the waybill. Darius Morethe emailed me daily to update me and called me daily to make sure the address was corrected. I’m very happy with the excellent communication!
