Issue grows larger by the day

<p>Regarding my parcel stuck in San Diego.</p> <p>Yesterday I receive a call from a DHL representative arranging collection of incorrect package to swap out.We confirm a time of no later than 10:00 as I have other business to attend to.At 10:13 I phone the ********** number to let them know collection has not taken place yet - the guy that answers take all my details and says he will personally callme back.At 10:35 after no call back I load the parcel into my car and deliver it myself to DHL in Pietermaritzburg -60km round trip.At 10:36 I receive an email from Bhakti Shetty(DHL IN)"Please be noted that your consignee in South Africa was not present at the time of pickup of the shipment</p> <p>Kindly push your consignee to handover the shipment at earliest" - I was at home but no collection took place,confirm with your phone records and no need to push me as I reported this issue 9 days ago and has taken DHL this long to arrange a pickup - even that they failed to do.</p> <p>They are so organised that the PMB branch can not give any paperwork because headoffice has not given him a code yet to reroute the parcel - 9 days and no code?arrange a pickup but no code available?</p> <p>Who is going to pay for my admin fees,storage fees and my delivery fee?</p> <p>Come on DHL can it really be that difficult to collect a parcel or return a phone call?</p>
