Incorrect EVERYTHING
I am VERY unhappy. DHL has a shipment of mine from my workplace. The correct address was given of Bloemfontein but they sent my package to Johannesburg. Then I had a 3 piece package, only to find out it was picked up one by one. I wasted a R150 worth of airtime on them today where as not one person can give me the answers I am looking for. They are highly unprofessional and I would never, ever use them again!

Another R50 airtime today after I got a call that my package is here but once again the wrong address after I sent in a redirecting letter for the right address. Plus only one of my packages are still only here. Plus nobody called me back yesterday after promising they would, because they had logged a request to find out why my other packages have not been sent all together.

29 Sept 2020, 16:09Another R50 airtime spent on doing DHL's job. Once again I have been waiting all afternoon for feedback from the supervisor of the customer service whom said that the 2nd and 3rd parcel have left from Joburg to Bloemfontein at around 10 when I called him and it has still not been received. But I did receive an email stating that it is in Joburg still at 4pm after the supervisor said it had left this morning. I have no money on my phone to call them that I shouldn't do after he promised me an update. 6 hours passed after it so called "left" Joburg but still no update. Unbelievable bad experience and customer service After I had been doing their word and wasting R200 on airtime.
