Inconsistency of BS is key
Once again DHL Express DOES NOT fail to disappoint!! COnsistency of BS is the key to their performance. Thank you DHL express for helping small business to not make a profit and to disappoint its clients. Thank you to Mapula Lekalakala from the contact centre for telling me to ignore how my previous shipment of two weeks ago was done, which was a lot more efficient that this one. Thank you for the really terrific experience!!!!!!!
