*********** service

My parcel (AWB: ***) has been in South Africa since 23 Feb. I have been e-mailing a guy called Luyanda Ngwenya almost everyday since before the parcel even arrive in SA about another parcel, and questioned this one too.

For the first parcel they wanted to charge me R1500. For what? They couldn't explain. So I refused and they reviewed it and said I didn't have to pay it. After about two months or so, I finally received it. Luckily everything was intact.

When the second parcel arrived in SA, I told them I haven't paid for it, because my previous parcel hasn't even arrived back then. They said it was fine, and that I only needed to provide a letter from the seller. So I did. Weeks later, I get asked to provide proof of payment. How am I supposed to prove that I haven't paid? Says that I will be penalised because there is no commercial invoice or proof of payment. So I ask how much. No response.
Fine. Weeks later, I get a response from a different guy, Frederick Lakie, asking again for proof. I get fed up and decided to pay. E-mailed them proof, and they said they'll get back to me in 7 days. That was 11 May.
And now this guy has also just stopped responding to e-mails.

I pay so much for express shipping so that I don't have to go through the slowness and incompetence of the post office, but I have to deal with this instead? The reason they were sent via express was because they were URGENT. Three month's later, it's not urgent anymore. In this period I ordered and received two-three Aramex parcels, without any problems and am expecting another one next week. Why does it take you guys three month's to do something they do in just three days?
All I want is just some response and someone to tell me what's going on with my parcel.
