Incompetence - NEVER AGAIN DHL!!

<p>This is the second time I use DHL in 2 years and again I have the same issues. Dont seem like they plan to improve. </p> <p>I ordered a pacel last week wednesday with free delivery in 10 days. I however chose the option of paying R700 extra to have it delivered to me in 3-5days as it is urgent. </p> <p>Today will be the 5 day DHL is sitting on the parcel 5km from me and not doing anything about it. </p> <p>When I phone them, they claim to have tried to call me everyday for the last 5 days.</p> <p>So much for using DHL paying R700 for delivery and still get the parcel in the same time as what I would have received it for FREE. </p> <p>I have ordered many parcels via Speed Services Couriers and they have been consistant on delivery in 10 days. DHL is supposed to be better than them. At least I can rely on them. </p> <p>NEVER AGAIN DHL!!!</p>
