improving customer service

<p>Thank you Nicole Pietersen for the help you have given me, I am not going to get the gifts right in time for birthdays and Christmas however I am greatful that you did a great job in assisting to getting this problem solved.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This just goes to show that the Excecutive team always try everything in their power to help a client but those customer s****s get lost somewhere along the lines when it gets to the ground staff because they dont have the companies best interest at heart.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thank you soo much for the help.</p> <p> </p>
