Impossible to deliver a document from Gaberone via Jhb to Windhoek

<p>Getting DHL to collect an in-transit permit for transport of horses in Gaberone and send it via Jhb by cargo flight to Whk started going wrong when the collection did not happen as communicated, they tried to salvage the situation by agreeing to send it by commercial plane to Whk and ended in lies of planes that were all grounded at OT Airport. According to DHL manager in Whk his colleague in Jhb reported that ALL planes were grounded due to the weather and the long awaited permit will not arrive as promised. In the meantime we were teacking the specific flight and knew it took off and was on its way to Whk. When we confronted the manager with this he confessed that the DHL bag with documents was not loaded and the permits will not arrive in Whk as promised. This is after I spoke with their personnel in Whk since very early this morning when they informed me that the permits did not arrive. I explicitly informed them I need the permit today still as I'm already a week delayed with transporting the horses due to the permits mot arriving on time. All my ranting and raving obviously fell on deaf ears as I still don't have my permits.</p>
