So DHL gave me an invoice full of errors, they calculated the freight into the value of the goods thus inflating the duties and VAT, they also charged me a penalty fee to revise and correct the invoice and duties without warning the client. I now have an invoice almost R1500 more than the one in dispute. They also did not tell the client that they will charge a R900 fee for amending the invoice. This is ******** at best. I will contact SARS tomorrow to blow the whistle on this malpractice.
