If You wish To receive your parcel Avoid DHL.

I placed 2 orders online at IHerb USA on the 10th of November 2015. Both were shipped via DHL to RSA. The parcels arrived at OR Tambo on the 11th November 2015 and have not moved since then. they are stuck @ DHL. After 10 + phone calls, and 20+ emails with all requested payments and documentation relating to both orders being requested and sent to at least 5 people at DHL still noting has happened. <br> Today, 5 Jan 2016 My documentation still has not been received 56days after the initial contact from DHL.<br> <br> To ad insult to injury there is no manager available when one phones and no online complaints department.<br> Never again will I subject my self to this frustrating waste of time. A pleasant shopping experience turned into total frustration and disappointment.
