If pathetic was a company it would be DHL

If I could give a Minus 3 stars I would, the service really sucks...My package was supposed to be delivered this morning as promised by a live chat, the package arrived at our centre on the 26th only to be told today (the 28th which is the delivery date) that the package arrived at the centre too late to be delivered today which is BS...now I have to wait another day...even though the delivery was promised for the end of today...otherwise i could pick it up at the hatfield offices which i have no way of getting to...THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE DHL, REALLY
