Idoits of DHL

The invoice is made out to myself, Dylan. Not to any business , I was not aware that personal purchases required a importers code ? To my knowledge, purchases over R40 000 require a importers code. GPG Engineering, 1 Ivan Hampshire Pl, Atlantis Industrial. Is only a delivery address, I don’t have anything to do with GPG Engineering other than the fact that I rent a storage area next door to them. You welcome to deliver to me in the Atlantis dunes where I work if you can find me there and have a 4x4 to get in, otherwise I recommend sticking to the address given, if you want someone to sign for it. The supplier will not adjust the invoice or send it to me and I don’t see the point of this anyway as I have explained. Also consider that I am the one that made the purchase and fill in the information on the website for the purchase and paid for the purchase,So why would I put in a company GPG engineering that has nothing to do with me. Previously I have used my PO BOX address and then I get a call from DHL saying they cant deliver to PO BOX and then give them the GPG engineering address because I DONT WORK SITTING IN ONE SPOT ALL DAY , I WORK OUT DOORS OFFROAD. I am really not impressed with the lack of service or customer care, please forward this email so a manager can contact me directly. Everytime I called in last week I asked for a manage to call me back or email me but no one takes anything seriously at DHL. My 1st point of communication was on Tuesday, from LYNESS cced in this email, I must have spelt my email address 10 times to her and she still got it wrong, I then got her email and she doesn’t reply to emails and I get replies saying she is on leave, why the hell contact me if you going to be on leave for a week? Then I Called in a few times, explain the situation and repeatedly to no avail, I find the service is disgusting hence my swearing, I have paid a premium for a service and you people take no pride or urgency in that, I defiantly need a refund or some compensation, I needed these parts last week for a vehicle in a film shoot next week, you have spoilt my entire weekend , I still don’t know when my parts will be ready and I have responsibilities to have the vehicle ready for a production. Cced Is Eusiswe, also nothing from her . DHL contacted me o the 28 August Tuesday last week and done nothing refused to reply to me emails or calls, all because you cant decipher a delivery address? Everyday I have been trying to resolve this, waiting patiently and no one does anything, such a waste of time.
