I would like to firstly compliment the service , telephonic and in person. It has been exceptional and a breath of fresh air. Two ladies that ive had the pleasure of interacting with today, are Mokgadi Tshabalala (telephonic) and Patience Towane (in person), as well as the two ladies at the DHL head office in Midrand (I did not get their names),absolutely beautiful service with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and extremely friendly, there is literally a pleasant vibe in the air. It was super refreshing to interact with such good service and beautiful people and it really just made my day! If that is DHL culture then BRAVO, we need more of all of that in this world!
