I will receive my RWC 2015 shirts after the RWC

We are waiting for 2 weeks for a invoice to pay for duties and VAT on Rugby world cup shirts and nothing is happening and no one is giving us any positive reply on this. The Rugby world cup will be finish and still we will not have received this. As DHL SA needs to receive a invoice from DHL Romania for clearance but between offices they can no even communicate to each other to receive this, Completely useless!!!! <br>
