I will never use DHL again

I ordered tea from ghana which is now detained by port health estimated delivery was 2 june, they say i must request authorization letter from sahpra, i sent email to sahpra its been 3 days with no reply, now i have even given up that i will not receive my tea meaning that i have lost my money that i paid to the seller for buying n shipping of this product, i wanted this product t9 be returned back to the seller so that she can refund me my money but DHL is charging me R2600, I WILL NEVER EVER USE DHL AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
