I wilkl never use DHL again so unrealiable

I am so disappointed in DHL I paid so much money to ensure that I get the parcel in time else could have chosen other courier services which are cheaper. I am always using DHL for my business and personal items but this time I am really so angry because I need to leave town today. My parcel has been sitting with customs from Monday, I had to continuously call until they told me they need a few items from me and had to call a million times to get the email.

I called in again and sent an email but still no response. Why are we paying so much if the service is not express what am I going to do because I am only coming back next year. I will never use DHL again.
