I was assisted by Kefiloe at the DHL offices in Waterfall. She was welcoming and provided details as I was in a state of panick that the visa had not come out and my sister needs to travel. She kept me updated on the process and progress we had just received the notification that it will be sent to DHL but it wasn’t there yet. Today we received it as she even called to update us when it was on its way and provided us with all the documents required for collection. Her level of efficiency, and keeping customers updated is truly commendable. It is heart warming to get to see that there are still people who are passionate about serving customers
