I think DHL are *******
I think DHL are *******, they stole my shipment. Don’t send any valuable goods with them. They protect their and try to brush this problems under the rug. I believe the management are the ones benefiting from this as they seem to control the customer when he complains about his missing goods. They try to bluff you by saying it is the suppliers problem and not theirs. So how is it that the supplier has proof of delivery and DHL has proof of shipment been received and sent but not delivered. Surely it is then DHL’s problem and not the supplier ?

24 Nov 2021, 17:27Dear Tony Clarke, Thank you for reaching to DHL Express Looking at the tracking number mentioned below, INCKX***, I can confirm that your shipment is not moving via the DHL Express Network , but rather part of the services offered from Germany called Global Mail under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Although trading under the DHL banner, is one of 4 separate DHL companies which are not legally linked to each other and are standalone legal entities. Thus the actions of one company cannot be linked to one of the other group members merely by name along and that we use the same brand name. So whilst you do have the right to complaint , this would not be against DHL Express because we are not linked to nor providing any transport for this shipment. The supplier chose to send your Shipment via Global Mail , Poste office’s service . These shipments are handed over to the local postal services upon arrival at destination country to handle the delivery. You can follow however follow this link https://parcelsapp.com/tracking/INCKX*** ( Global tracking tool ) for additional tracking info or contact Global Mail on *** to find out the current status of your shipment .
