I NEED MY SHIPMENT! !!!
I ordered 4 pieces of unbranded smart watches online from aliexpress which was shipped with AWB : *** and was expected to be delivered to me on the 17th of November 2015. <br> <br> I was contacted by a dhl representative named Luyanda and told that my shipment was stopped by customs for physical examination on the 19th November 2015.<br> <br> I have forwarded to dhl all the documents requested namely<br> <br> 1. Proof of purchase<br> 2. Packing list<br> 3. Commercial invoice<br> <br> Its been over 22 days since my shipment was stopped and I have not received it even after providing all the requested documents. <br> <br> This is so bad and unacceptable! . I need my shipment or else I will get my lawyers involved.

Due to the festive period, Customs has advised that there is a higher risk of contraband and false declarations being made. As a result Customs has been mandated to increase physically inspection to minimize the risk to the country. We are currently experiencing high volumes of delays with no confirmation from Customs as to when these items will be released. Please refer to the above email for further updates.
Important to note:
Customs South Africa is a Division of SARS - South African Revenue Services and may therefore conduct Audits on any person importing/exporting goods.
