I need a VAT404 report from DHL couriers showing that the VAT and duties I paid on an import has been paid to SARS

I need a VAT404 report from DHL couriers showing that the VAT and duties I paid on an import has been paid to SARS. I was told that the people responsible were out of the office and to email them. I got no reply. A Customer service agent sent the whole manifest of the shipment my parcel was part of. I found a VAT404 sent to me by DHL last year and used the email address to request the report. Still no reply. My VAT return is due and all DHL can say is that my shipment was cleared.😡
