I just want to pay my bill...
I have been trying in vain to get the invoice for DHL Express waybill *** from Montague Gardens to the same area Montague Gardens but unfortunately every time I call, the clueless call center tell me what I already know and that they will log a query. I just want to pay the bill. The collection was booked for 31 October 2014. Please contact me already so that I can pay it. I could not stand to phone you again and get told \I need to log a query"then never hear back. """

Please accept my sincere apologies for the experience you have received with our call center agents, I assure you this is not reflective of the service level DHL prides itself in.
I have attempted to contact you on: *** to no avail. After a thorough investigation, it has come to our attention that when your parcel was collected a DHL global account number was used on the waybill.
The account number used is based in Singapore so, when the billing was done the account holder was invoiced for it hence you did not receive an invoice for this waybill.
