I have NEVER in my life experienced service like this before. PATHETIC!
I have NEVER in my life experienced service like this before. This is my 5th post about the same problem.
My parcel is stuck in customs for a month now and dhl is not effective enough to help. Mutiple VOC has been submitted yet it still says ( in process of being completed by customs inspection). I paid DHL to ensure that my parcel clears customs and that it gets delivered to me.
GUGU Mngomezulu promissed to call me at 12pm but these people do not stick to there word.
I WILL NEVER EVER USE DHL AGAIN. I PROMISE YOU!
