I have had an issue recently with a consignment, and after contacting Shamiela at the Cape Town office, she has gone the extra mile to resolve my query. And to my knowledge, Shamiela has always resolved all my issues telephonically, and via email, and if she is unable to, she will always try to assist to her best ability, and put me in contact with the correct person/s.
