I am extremely happy with the staff at CT International Airport - De Havilland hub

I am extremely happy with the staff at CT International Airport - De Havilland hub. Particularly Shamiela Davids. Time and time again, with all the shipments I collect from the airport (preferred), I see that she is always under pressure as the little branch is always busy with people queuing to collect passports/documents and sending shipments. There's always a smile on her face, and she doesn't ever let's the stress affect her customer service duty. Being in the service industry, I am exposed to so many different unpleasant personalities, I feel it necessary that she is acknowledged and recognized as in her position, she is the face of DHL.......
