How I Got Hustled

I'm appalled by this organizations financial transparency. I bought something from the USA and paid $19.75 for delivery and yes I knew I would have to pay duties so I had no problem with that but to my surprise DHL charged me a further R200 which I only found out about to release my package.

So I pay for their service, then I pay for them to give me a package which I paid them to deliver to me?
