Horrible service @DHL

Tell me why the expected delivery date kept shifting. Now am told that the shipment has been forwarded to a third party, which means I cant track it on the DHL website. Fedex delivered a similar parcel from California, USA to Johannesburg in 5 days yet DHL hasn't decided when to deliver a parcel from Harare, Zim. Tell me where the hack is my parcel and I will go pick it up myself. I curse the day I decided to use your services. You should send your staff to Fedex to learn a thing or two. Horrible service
