Horrible service.
I have had the worst experience communicating with DHL. I called several times to complain about my parcel that has been held up by customs for over two weeks. They keep saying they’ll get back to me by end of day and NEVER call me back. I have submitted my documents and I still don’t understand the problem. I need the parcel right now because I am moving from my current location but they refuse to clear it. The least they could do is communicate with me about what I need to do to get my parcel.
