Horrible service

I have been waiting for my parcel that was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of December, I have to spend hundreds of Rands everyday calling their call center with no help because they always say parcel will be delivered “tomorrow” it’s been always 2 weeks now, and what’s in the package is very fragile to stay with courier services for so long as it might break, I am so disappointed , now they say they gave my parcel to a 3rd party which keeps saying they will deliver before the end of business day (everyday)
