On July 21st I ordered a birthday gift from USA for my daughter who's birthday was today, August 3rd. On July 25th I received notification that the package was delivered in Port Elizabeth and signed for by a person named Sharon who is a partner for DHL. I have paid more than triple the value of the gift just on express delivery so that my daughter can have her gift on time and yet there is no sign of it being delivered.
