Highly Disappointed
Hello, I tried to reach DHL but I can't get pass the AI on the phone. I sent 10 boxes from Germany to South Africa, 3 were returned for no reason. 3 boxes were delivered in the worst conditions, one box was opened and stuff ****** from it. The boxes I received were not the same boxes I sent them with, 4 are still missing. I need to know where the rest of my boxes are, why DHL didn't deliver the boxes themselves, why the original boxes were changed and smaller boxes were used.
