Haven't received my package -- Almost a month!!!
I have a package which was supposed to be delivered by DHL. It's been almost a month. I don't understand what happened to my package. I asked the retailer when I was going to receive my parcel, and they told me they have raised an investigation and that they haven't received a response from DHL. I also contacted DHL but no one got back to me. Please help me. Where's my package?
