Great service. Fast, friendly and efficient
Top marks for DHL Express South Africa and especially Dudu in the import department. Ordered from Amazon.co.uk. Got a notification on tracking page to contact customer services as they needed additional information from me for customs clearance. Called at 9 am today and spoke to Dudu in Import department. Gave her the info. She was very friendly and efficient. Excellent service. Package was delivered the SAME DAY! At 14:30. So impressed with my DHL experience. Well done. Keep it up guys!
