Great Service
<p>Thank you to Patience Botha (Backline Customs Compliance Advisor) at DHL Express SA.</p> <p>I was meant to receive a parcel from the UK which had supposedly been held up at customs for one reason or the other, I was not getting proper assistance from the other advisors until Patience gave me a call, I explained the situation at hand and she easily assisted & advised me of the necessary documents that I needed to submit, which then led to me to receiving the parcel the very next day. Keep up the good customer service Patience :)</p>
