Great Service.

I felt it necessary to leave a compliment as I see so many negative reviews for DHL Express. I ordered a package from HONG KONG at the end of January. Sunday I received a call asking me for my details and shortly after an invoice. After settling the payment, I saw that the estimated delivery date was the 2nd. I waited around and by 4pm I had heard nothing and also had not received a reply to my previous email. I phoned DHL Cape Town who said no payment had been made (and it had) and I was referred twice before I ended up at the Joburg branch that also referred me to someone else. The person who took my details didn't check whether she'd written it down correctly and my package had not been released. I was extremely upset and was told that I should phone today to check whether it had been cleared. To my surprise this morning I had a few missed calls and a message from the driver, Leon Brevis saying he was in the area with my parcel. A 5min drive back to me and this lovely, cheery man delivered my parcel marked URGENT. I am so very pleased and thankful. DHL came through with great service and completely surprised me. Thank you for really caring and correcting this small mishap.
