Great follow-up service!
<p>A few weeks ago I had an unfortunate experience with DHL in Cape Town. I laid a complaint and immediately someone from their sales executive team contacted me to investigate the matter and they ensured it will never happen again. I particularly liked the service I received from their Telesales Executive: Jessica Croukamp since then. She has tailored their service delivery to suit our specific needs and has accommodated us where possible which i really like. Thank you DHL and Jessica Croukamp for the excellent follow-up service.</p>
