governmen does not care about peoples packages

Well basicly on the first of Novemeber i ordered some clothing from them and everything went ok DHL made the best respo se ever and as soon as it reach South Africa this worst happend i made the arrangement that i need the package before the 21st of november i thought it will be here on time suddenly now the government has one hell of a problem releasing my package and it did not even take so long in china it was actauly amasing service but now suddenly its one hell of a problem please help i need it before saterday the 21st of November
