Got the first package and now the struggle starts with the second package
<p>I can't do DHL work for them. I tracked the parcel and saw that it got to JHB this morning. I phoned to find out where can I send the proof of payment for the package to and get the invoice for the customs to be paid. I've send everything to Brenda Moosa at 08:58. Phoned again just after 10 because I didn't get any invoice as yet the guy said he will resend. I cc Justice Khakhu in the mail as well. Also not anything from him. Phoned just now for the 3rd tim today and still no joy no invoice. Justice not answering his phone and each consultants just keep on making the empty promises OFF NO INVOICE. DHL JUST KEEP ON DISAPPOINTING.</p>

Didn't think that DHL can disappoint me even more than they did. I was phoned this morning at 08:35 to inform me my parcel will be delivered this afternoon and I requested that it must be delivered after half past 4 or I will collect from the offices the parcel was once again left at home at the ****. Which makes me furious because I requested the previous time as well that it musn't be done like that and DHL do it AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe that they never seem to learn a lesson. I phoned a while ask what is going to happen because I was told I will be let know if they will deliver that late or that I must collect and I didn't hear anything. So I phoned back and I was told it was delivered once again. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC. I told the operator that I am going to Hello Peter and the phone was put down in my ear can believe the operator works with people and she's got that horrible attitude. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT EVER EVER EVER MAKE USE OF DHL AGAIN. IF THERE WAS A WORSE RATING IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT A DOUBT. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DHL. HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
