Goods took quicker to get here from china

Hi <br> <br> I am a business user who uses dhl, to service my clients. My business is delivery time is dependent on dhl speed of delivery. However my goods have been in south africa since saterday, yet i need to chase on dhl for an invoice and to find out where my parcel is, if i had not babysat them i still wouldnt have had an invoice today.<br> <br> Could you kindly speed up my process of delivery since the parcel has been in south africa longer than it took to get here. I have anther shippement on the way could you please speed your service up<br> <br>
