Goods ****** from DHL warehouse and no trace!!!

Hi.<br> My goods were inspected by SARS. Thereafter I was told to pay penalties and VAT pluis duties and my shipment was supposed to be released. It's already over 6 months now and I haven't received my goods because SARS claims that some of the items that were in the package has gone missing and this happened at the DHL warehouse. SARS does nto want to release the remaining goods until DHL gives the missing items.<br> DHL does not inform me as to what is going on and failed to investigate the whereabouts of the missing items.<br> I cannot understand how do things just go missing from a \Supposed to be"well organised international organisation and the person in charge \""FRANK\"" doesn't get things done. No feedback and no followups.<br> <br> I really need some senior person in DHL to take up this matter and get my goods from SARS or issue me a full refund for cost of goods"
